My day today has been jammed with back-to-back meetings. Mid-way through the afternoon I received two text/photo messages on my cell phone from Alex. She’s apparently out and about with the boys, somewhere (I have no idea where and I like it that way — she’s thoroughly responsible and comes up with spontaneous outing ideas far better than any ideas I’d have if I were to make some sort of rigid itinerary for her to keep with them). Obviously, from the two pictures she sent from her cell phone (the two above), they’re having fun! It is one of the best feelings in the world to know that while I’m working away my boys are not only well cared for, but having an absolute BLAST. If anyone knows of a “Best Nanny” contest, please let me know about it. I want to enter Alex. She would win it!
