We are planing on serving magarita – do you have a nice recipe for me?
Oh, I have the BEST Margarita recipe for you! We got this from a chef in mexico.
1 part fresh squeezed lime juice
1 part very good tequilla (we like Cazadores Resposado)
1 part simple syrup
Shake together, serve over ice and you're good to go!
To make simple syrup, it's 1 part white sugar to 1 part water. Cook it and even boil it until it reduces a little, then cool it.
For a couple glasses each, we find that 4 limes, about 1 cup of tequilla and 1 cup of simple syrup work well.
