I’ve tried many blueberry muffin recipes. I have a couple that I really like… but my most recent favorite is from Gyneth Paltrow’s new cookbook (which I mentioned on the blog a few weeks ago). I made them this past weekend with Kyle and they are GOOD! (the photo of the muffins in this post are some of the ones Kyle and I made Saturday morning). Below is a link to the recipe online.
